Moji Akinde is the Founder & CEO of Fadéké Strategic Consulting, LLC. She partners with senior leaders to translate bold strategic vision into operational reality, so organizations can scale performance without eroding trust, organizational health, or purpose.
She works from a conviction that organizations are human systems before they are business systems, and that profit is the dividend earned when human intelligence becomes organizational value. That belief is built into how FSC diagnoses, moving from human impact upward through culture, structural readiness, and leadership alignment, and measuring culture health and leadership behavior with the rigor most companies reserve for financial performance.
A Fortune 500–tested, MIT-trained advisor with 15+ years spanning financial services, philanthropy, technology, and social impact investing, Moji names the invisible risks that stall growth: governance bottlenecks, decision fatigue, outdated workforce models, inequitable technology adoption, then rebuilds the human systems underneath them so the strategy has something strong enough to stand on.
